RETURN & EXCHANGE
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we will send a confirmation email before shipping your order to ensure that the size is appropriate. Please make sure to provide accurate contact information so that we can contact you promptly. If you do not respond to our confirmation email within 48 hours, we will assume that the size is appropriate and will proceed with shipping. Please note that we will not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues after the item has been shipped.
We are sorry if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and we are happy to accept returns of items in new condition within 15 days of receipt.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer will be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee will be based on the express company you choose. If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, we will cover the shipping fee for return.
Items excluded from returns:
- Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All tags must be attached to the returned products.
- Please include the original order packing slip in your return package.
- Returns cannot be combined across multiple orders.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
- We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
- Requests for refunds exceeding the original purchase price will not be accepted.
- Refunds exceeding the value of the original order will only be processed for cancelled orders and defective items.
- Therefore, return and exchange shipping costs will not be reimbursed for non-quality related issues.
- The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
- Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
- Changes made to the prices of our items after you’ve bought within 15 days, we will refund you the charge.
- Discount code you used for your order cannot be changed.
How to return:
Please contact our online chat representative or send an email to contact@lumaporter.com to request a return, indicating which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.
Defective products:
If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer care team within 7 business days, and we will assist you with the return and refund process.
Exchanges:
If your item is eligible for exchange, please contact customer service to request an exchange.
